PrintMachine Office is quite possibly the ideal companion to your Folder/Inserter. Its MAIL INSERTER module adds OMR(Optical Mark Recognition) or barcodes to preformatted documents to make Folders/Inserters intelligent, allowing variable page jobs to be automated and selective inserting of advertising and return envelopes.
The SORTING & GROUPING module will optimize mailings by grouping independent print jobs. Documents destined for the same address can be included in the same envelope.
