The system ensures fully automatic control of print output and digital distribution of the formatted documents, and prepares them for electronic archiving. It also adds intelligent OMR marks or bar codes to the documents in order to control inserting systems. – The graphic user interface and the “Point & Click” feature ensure that the system and the documents are very easy for users to configure and operate.
